My best experience

Good afternoon, dear readers,

This entry is very special to me. Yesterday I arrived on a life-changing trip, an experience that I encourage you to live.

At the beginning of the year, I participated in an Education First draw. I was given the opportunity to study English abroad for free, and I asked myself why not give it a try? I'm usually unlucky, as I never get anything... but this time I was selected. They made me choose a destination from many, and that's how I spent all of July in Ireland🇮🇪

I don't know if you've ever been to Dublin, but I recommend it. It's a city with a lot of atmospheres. I remember that, at the beginning of this adventure, I was completely out of place. So I chose O'Connell Street as my starting point. It is the main street of the city, where there are many shops and some monuments like The Spire of Dublin (picture).

My English classes were given at Trinity College, that is, the University of Dublin. I loved its old library... it teleported me to very different worlds.

I also tasted Irish Stew for the first time, one of the most typical dishes of Ireland. It was delicious! It looked like my grandmother's cooking!

I made many friends. We always met at The Long Hall, one of the best pubs in Dublin. My month can be summed up as museum visits, unexpected trips, and a little bit of cold (temperatures ranged from 12 to 19 degrees... in JULY!).

That's it for today, I hope you liked my ticket, we read each other! Thank you ☺️
